The Director, Fashion Design leads the development and execution of innovative, trend-aligned fashion collections that uphold brand integrity and deliver exceptional value. This role oversees design strategy, prototype development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality, fit, and market relevance. By integrating customer insights and market trends, this position shapes compelling narratives and elevates brand positioning while maintaining operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.
