US Company is hiring: Supply Chain Manager, Amazon Fashion in Seattle

You will collaborate with a team of Product, Vendor, and Customer Service Managers to drive process improvements for the vendors with a goal of maximizing product availability and operational excellence. In this critical role, you are going to help redefine Supply Chain to align it with Amazon procurement systems and to bring collaboration with strategic Fashion vendors to the next level.The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-starting, and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities. They must have proven successes in cost out operational initiatives and demonstrate passion for the customer experience. The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment while maintaining a customer-centric philosophy.Key job responsibilitiesIdentifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning.Monitoring, analyzing, and owning Key Performance Indicators such as out of stock rate, total inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes, and trends to Senior Leadership.Analyzing production and delivery lead-times and operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations and fulfillment, efficient receive process, and inventory placement.Identify opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability and work with partner teams on execution.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience with Excel.4+ years of supply chain, inventory management, or project management experience.Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.Experience with SQL.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
