The Strategic Partner Manager will have an extensive understanding of the fashion landscape, knowledge of current distribution strategies media companies use to achieve business objectives, experience with large organizations and a track record of identifying and successfully implementing innovative solutions to create long-term business partnerships. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with colleagues in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to develop strategies, partnerships, products, and new experiences that meet the objectives of partners and Meta.Manage strategy, implementation and optimization of partnerships between fashion and fashion creator partners and Meta's wearables teamBecome a point of contact and help partners understand how to utilize Meta's wearables as critical tools to grow and engage their followers and drive their businessCollaborate with partners to develop high-impact social integrations, and drive operational management of partnership projectsSuccessfully advance deal negotiations and maintain long-term strategic partnershipsHelp support broader strategic initiatives for the fashion team and MetaWork with relevant internal teams to ensure that Meta is taking partner input into account in product and policy decisionsTrack, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partnersScheduling and travel flexibility to build relationships with partners and support live eventsMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in fashion, partner management and/or business developmentExperience working with traditional media organizations and/or agency experienceKnowledge and interest in Meta’s family of appsProject management experience, with experience leading and handling multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects on deadlineCommunication and presentation experience and experience clarifying and summarizing issues to high visibility partnersExperience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externallyExperience using data and analysis to create and support business narrativesPreferred QualificationsExperience with client-facing partnershipsRapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated communication skillsFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
