Once a direction has been set, you execute with speed and rigor in designing experiments, working with tech, analyzing results, and iterating towards success, with the flexibility to as needed to better serve the overall vision.You do all this in a collaborative environment with leadership, engineering, science, business intelligence, and your cross-Amazon partners.Key job responsibilities:You define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.You build strong partnerships across Amazon and with senior leadership.You execute on the roadmap independently as a product owner, and through other Product Managers as needed.You collaborate with engineering, science, and business intelligence to deliver results.You understand the technology behind what you build, and how it impacts the customer experience.You roll-up your sleeves and do your own deep dives into data and research.You help raise the bar on product management across the organization.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on timeExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningExperience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other toolsExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in technical product management, program management or engineeringExperience with end to end product deliveryAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
