Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
Perform product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items.
Maintain the sales floor by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
Ability to perform stock duties such as inventory management and restocking shelves.
