Possesses excellent creative design skills, production skills, communication skills and have an in-depth knowledge of manufacturing decoration standards and art systems. Develops a strong working relationship with Designers, Graphic Artists, internal and external teams and vendors Shadows Creative Supervisor/Creative Manager on art direction and communication where appropriate to the design team, including art critiques. Stays current on design styles and trends in the market through retailing, web, & industry trade shows. May act as liaison to meetings when Creative Manager/Creative Supervisor is not available. Works with Creative Supervisor and utilizes the team to develop, organize, and plan graphic tools and sales meeting materials including presentation format.
