You will also be responsible for providing personalized service to our customers and building strong relationships to increase customer loyalty and drive sales.Core ResponsibilitiesMerchandising ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with the brands aesthetic and drive salesSet up visually appealing displays, window displays, and in-store layouts that attract and engage customersImplement visual merchandising strategies to promote products and seasonal campaigns effectivelyCollaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and seasonal changesMaintain and update display materials, signage, and props to ensure freshness and relevanceMonitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize merchandising strategies and improve sales performanceStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvementTrain and educate sales associates on visual merchandising standards and techniquesStore Stylist and Clienteling ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations as neededBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized communication and exceptional serviceUse customer data and preferences to anticipate needs and offer personalized product recommendationsProactively reach out to customers through various channels to inform them about new arrivals and eventsProvide styling advice and guidance based on customer preferences and purchase historyAct as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers receive a consistent and exceptional experienceCollaborate with the management team and stylists to meet and exceed sales goalsMinimum QualificationsAt least 5 years of retail and visual merchandising experienceProven experience in a visual merchandising and retail sales environment, with a strong understanding of merchandising principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approachKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesPassion for the Tuckernuck brandCustomer first mindsetPositive attitudeProactive nature.
