Join our team to help shape the future of an ever-growing, ever-evolving brand! Role: Part-Time Trendsend Stylist – in-store position with no remote option. Location: University Village, Seattle, WA. ResponsibilitiesAct and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).Style Trendsend customers using our proprietary online styling platform.Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers, current theme boxes, and company announcements on StoreIQ.Review customer profiles in the Trendsend stylist app and curate 6–8 pieces per client to create full looks aligned to body type, lifestyle, and personal requests.Write authentic, warm, and professional notes to customers with styling tips and end uses.Oversee and inspect product quality; process Trendsend returns (finalize in Styling App) and coordinate with Care Team as needed.Manage time efficiently to complete work during scheduled shift; aim to achieve or exceed personal sales plan.Maintain Sales per Box targets (e.g., $185 SPB) and keep within expected metrics (e.g., 2.2 items kept per box, under 22% keep rate).Style boxes for new and repeat Trendsend customers, maintaining average SPB and completing styling within about 45 minutes per box (30 minutes styling, 15 minutes shipping/returns).Analyze customer profiles for consistency with previous kept items to ensure cohesive outfits.RequirementsIn-store position with no remote option.Preferably previous styling experience at EVEREVE or another box-styling company.Passion for product and love of fashion and trends.Ability to work independently and in a team; strong reading of people’s style, needs, and wants.Open to growth and development; highly coachable.Strong computer skills and attention to detail.BenefitsFlexible scheduling: a minimum of 8 hours a week.Fashion discount: 30% off EVEREVE products in stores.401k with 5% company match and immediate vesting upon enrollment.Culture of Purpose rooted in HEART values.
