Completing the work during the scheduled shift time Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers, current theme boxes, and overall company announcements on EVEREVE’s main communication platform, AlphaReview, in detail, customer profile through the Trendsend stylist appCurate 6-8 pieces specific to your customers body type, lifestyle, and personal requestsWrite authentic, warm, and professional notes to customersOversee and inspecting the items before you add them into your customers boxPartner with warehouse team members to add value, collaborate, and solve problemsSales Driver. Achieves or exceeds personal minimum sales plan$180 SPB (sales per box)Consistently delivers HEART and ensures that the Evereve Styling Experience is delivered to each and every customerHumility: The ability to recognize your value, strengths and weaknesses as well as the value of others.Empathy: The ability to understand and value the perspective and feelings of others.
