About the Job \- Schedule and following up on all work performed by the Department on their shift. Interfaces with the other Supervisors on the other shifts, along with the Production management team, to coordinate the work on their shift. \- Coach non-exempt employees on achieving daily performance requirements, managing a team of around 15 associates. \- Administer policy and procedures within guidelines. Understand how all parts are impacted by decisions to redirect workflow.
