Pre Plan each transaction from origin to meet established Centric SLA targets at the Port of Entry by evaluating all assigned shipment notices, working with the Ocean Carriers, Marine Terminal Operators and Drayage Vendors. Responsible for the SLA performance of all Dray Partners and other vendors handling port pickups as assigned by Manager. Responsible for the updating and accuracy of dray partner and vendor compliance information in Trinium system with all necessary information including customer billing, transactional status, and customer status reporting via Trinium. Skills and Requirements Strong Excel skills with the ability pull data from multiple sources to develop effective decision making tools through use of pivot tables and advanced functions.
