Responsible for the SLA performance of all Dray Partners and other vendors handling port pickups as assigned by Manager. Responsible for the updating and accuracy of dray partner and vendor compliance information in Trinium system with all necessary information including customer billing, transactional status, and customer status reporting via Trinium. Oversee and ensure deliveries and pickups are made consistent the specific service level agreements (SLA). Skills and Requirements Strong Excel skills with the ability pull data from multiple sources to develop effective decision making tools through use of pivot tables and advanced functions.
