## Job description Works with Stores, Carriers and Logistics Team to ensure that the split point carriers are meeting their performance KPI's, including On Time Store deliveries, delivery accuracy, etc. Supports special transportation requests by booking, tracking, and tracing shipments when required to ensure a successful delivery in a cost conscious and sustainable way. Responsible for Transportation Performance Reporting follow up, such as: carrier performance scorecards, carrier transit, DC line haul, intermodal performance, etc. Partners with the Regional Transportation Manager and Specialist to help develop proactive action plans to improve overall service, reduce cost and improve sustainability initiatives.
