Training Supervisor

The Training Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving sales performance, coaching, and inspiring our team to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with company operations and policies, creating a vibrant store environment that supports our vision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach team members on effective 4-Step selling techniques
• Achieve personal sales goals including Black Dot/Gold Star Performance
• Maintain a strong IPC of 2.0
• Implement loss prevention strategies and control store shrink
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the store
• Adhere to company dress code standards
• Delegate daily operational responsibilities
• Assist in training and recruiting new team members
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Ensure visual standards are met
• Protect company assets

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months of store-level experience at Windsor
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Effective problem-solving skills for addressing customer and associate issues
• Strong communication skills in both individual and group settings

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

This position entails frequent standing, walking, observing, communicating, and reading. Regular movement of merchandise weighing from 0-25 pounds is required, alongside the ability to access all store areas, including the sales floor, stock area, and register area. The environment is fast-paced with varied indoor temperature conditions.
