The Training Program Manager functions as an Assistant Manager while gaining essential courses and hands‑on experience to advance to a store management position. This role is pivotal in driving sales and fostering a motivated team environment focused on meeting both personal and store sales targets. Additionally, the Manager ensures that all company operations, policies, and procedures are strictly followed, playing a key role in maintaining store integrity and minimizing loss.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and coach staff on effective selling techniques
• Meet personal sales goals aligned with company performance standards
• Maintain compliance with loss prevention strategies and manage store expenses
• Uphold cleanliness and operational standards within the store

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience or at least 6 months in a store‑level position at Windsor

• Proficient in resolving customer and associate issues promptly
• Excellent communication skills in both individual and group settings

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. Regular movement of merchandise, weighing from 0-25 pounds, is necessary. The suitable candidate must be able to navigate all areas of the store including the sales floor, stock area, and register, and be capable of using all required store equipment.
