TRAINING PROGRAM GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Designs, creates, and manages relevant training content and activities. Facilitates learning for organization Designs and develops meaningful learning content for basic and intermediate scope of work Know and apply adult learning theory to match skill gap with learning solution Match design strategy to business needs, budgets, and time constraints Apply learning strategy through the appropriate tool Stay relevant with contemporary adult learning theory acumen and industry trends Communicate ideas and strategy to team members and stakeholders Maintain skills in contemporary graphic and desktop publishing Demonstrate strong written communication Manages projects effectively Project Manage single work stream projects with multiple team members Collaborate with business partners to determine project scope and constraints Develop and communicate Statement of Work Source print deliverables or other medium from vendors Collaborate with TD Operations team to deploy learning through appropriate channels Facilitates training and development activities Present content in a face-to-face or virtual classroom setting Deliver content that has a clear path and outcome Adjust instruction to group size and need as appropriate Stay relevant with contemporary instruction and facilitation trends Advises business and project partners Communicate and maintain integrity of the project learning strategy Match communication method and depth to audience needs Required Training delivery skills Familiarity with adult learning theory Experience in different learning methods such as classroom, self guided and elearning Preferred 2+ years of relevant experience in the Learning and Development field and a BA or BS degree, with an emphasis on HR instructional design, adult learning, A Master’s degree can be substituted for 2 years of relevant experience Special Requirements Occasional overnight travel Kohl's is an equal Opportunity Employer and an organization that values and encourages diversity among our applicants.
