The Training Manager supports our vision by stepping into an Assistant Manager role while acquiring the necessary skills and experience to transition into a key store management position. Coach team members on the effective 4-Step selling techniques Achieve personal sales goals including Black Dot/Gold Star Performance Maintain a strong IPC of 2.0 Implement loss prevention strategies and control store shrink Ensure cleanliness and organization within the store Adhere to company dress code standards Delegate daily operational responsibilities Assist in training and recruiting new team members Uphold all company policies, procedures, and guidelines Maintain a safe and clean work environment Ensure visual standards are met Protect company assets Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months of store-level experience at Windsor Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team of up to 25 employees Effective problem-solving skills for addressing customer and associate issues Strong communication skills in both individual and group settings Employee Benefits:
