Key Responsibilities: • Coach team members on the effective 4-Step selling techniques • Achieve personal sales goals including Black Dot/Gold Star Performance • Maintain a strong IPC of 2.0 • Implement loss prevention strategies and control store shrink • Ensure cleanliness and organization within the store • Adhere to company dress code standards • Delegate daily operational responsibilities • Assist in training and recruiting new team members • Uphold all company policies, procedures, and guidelines • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Ensure visual standards are met • Protect company assets Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months of store-level experience at Windsor • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team of up to 25 employees • Effective problem-solving skills for addressing customer and associate issues • Strong communication skills in both individual and group settings Regular movement of merchandise weighing from 0-25 pounds is required, along with the ability to access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock area, and register area.
