About Custom Collaborative Custom Collaborative (CC) trains, mentors, and advocates for and with low/no- income and immigrant women to build skills necessary for economic success in the sustainable fashion industry and broader society. About the Program CC is preparing for our next in-person Training Institute cohort for 10-12 students. Students graduate from the training program with skills and knowledge required for both entry-level careers in the fashion industry and independent businesses. About the Position The Training Manager will teach students sewing, design, and the apparel business (along with a business instructor). This full-time position serves as the primary point of interaction and a mentor to students.
