• Support Instructional Design: assist in the creation and development of various learning programs via PowerPoint presentations, eLearning courses, and practice tools as needed • Monitor learning and development operations as needed including Learning Management System and learning technology administration, reporting, translations, and communications. • Manage Global Education Team project plan, keeping projects on schedule and adjusting as necessary. • Partner, as needed, with global and domestic training partners to ensure sound delivery of training programs and materials. Qualifications: • 3-5 years’ experience working in Learning & Development ideally within fashion, luxury or retail industries.
