What You’ll Be Doing Manage wholesale training process: Create needs assessments, KPIs, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and continually improve training programs and processes for the wholesale divisions, and finance teams for effectiveness and ROI Develop role-based curriculum: Build plans, process flows, course outlines, training development, e-learning development, exercise guides, data sheets, assessments, videos, communications, training logistics, and learning evaluations Implement training strategies: Be innovative, effective, and efficient in providing training strategies to meet business objectives, including the use of micro-training, gamification, and certifications Conduct market research: Benchmark training provided by competitors and related industries by researching learning trends and make recommendations for improvements Manage project and process plans: Oversee the development of multiple processes and courses simultaneously in addition to creating and managing project plans for each course Partner with stakeholders and business leaders: Identify and engage stakeholders, partners, and SMEs to advise on change management to ensure training is adopted and the KPIs are achieved Perks you will enjoy!
