TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

Company Description: sustainable diamonds x luxury goods company Location: Tri State Area**REMOTE WORK – CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WITHIN THE TRISTATE AREA FOR REQUIRED MEETINGS** Key Responsibilities:– Serve as Marketing point-of-contact for key wholesale accounts, driving the creation of partner-specific strategies that span launch, seasonal and continuous activations, ensuring all go-to-market plans and campaigns are 360º and in-line with our global marketing calendar.– Manage the execution of new wholesale partner launches, including retailer welcome and activation kits, online/offline training, partner landing pages, digital content, point of sale material development, in-store fixturing and packaging.– Manage end-to-end marketing program and campaign development, from timeline definition and creative briefing, through to project management, resource vetting, execution, content delivery, and tracking – ensuring results are on-strategy, on-brand and on-deadline.– Partner across Sales and Marketing to develop product and brand marketing retailer presentations and assets in-line with account and channel needs.– Create digital and in-store marketing programs and events that raise brand awareness, educate the audience, and build the customer funnel.– Act as a key liaison for wholesale market development spend discussions, ensuring a digital-first strategy maximizing ROI across paid and organic.– Develop integrated media strategies across earned, owned, shared and paid channels that achieve our growth and brand equity goals.– Manage our integrated marketing calendar to drive effective seasonal activation, thematic storytelling, traffic relevancy, sales and engagement.– Strategize, execute and hindsight innovative, multi-platform consumer-facing marketing campaigns across digital, social, print and experiential, including dynamic tracking and assessment of retail marketing, site, email and blog/social media performance metrics.– In collaboration with Creative and Merchandising, plan and jointly execute an engaging, community-driven content calendar across key platforms.– Partnering across Marketing, Merchandising and Sales, develop strategic email campaigns and customer journeys to drive qualified leads, engage and retain customers, and reinforce brand at every touchpoint.– Assist in the development of strategic upper-funnel awareness initiatives, including high-yield brand partnership and ambassador programs.– Execute copywriting and communication tasks to support our integrated marketing efforts.– Aid our merchandising and product development engine through thoughtful market analysis, trend forecasting, and customer insight gathering.– Use actionable research and data to improve, optimize and drive future integrated marketing campaigns, incorporating a test and learn approach.– Collaborate across functional areas, including Sales, Operations, and Technology, to uncover opportunities, gather insights, and ensure alignment.– Architect effective processes and protocols that set us up for success as we further scale our B2B and B2C business.– Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by the employee’s manager. Qualifications:– Completed Bachelor's degree.– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.– Min. of 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong trade marketing foundation.– Experience managing an integrated marketing calendar across B2B, B2B2C and B2C.– Background in omni-channel luxury (jewelry preferred).– Experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Paid/Organic Social Tools, Klaviyo or other ESP, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify (preferred).– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).— Expert-level communication, presentation and organizational skills.– Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.– Well-organized with an eye toward efficiency and process optimization.– Ability to effectively manage remote work and relationship building.– Self-motivated and adept at prioritization within a fast-paced environment.– Demonstrable coordination skills with the ability to navigate working groups.– Results-driven with keen ability to think strategically and translate goals into action.
