Adecco Creative & Marketing is working with one of the most iconic beauty companies in the world to find a Trade Marketing Coordinator for their consumer beauty brands. You will be reporting into the Global Commercial Planning Director and assist two Commercial Planning Managers in further developing go-to-market growth strategies for both base business & innovations, and ensure global commercial support in on time in full delivery of our launches and initiatives. In this role, you will have a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn about multi-markets and brands. This will also be the chance to closely collaborate with multi-functional global teams (marketing, supply chain and lifecycle, finance, …) as well as local teams worldwide. Your key areas of responsibility will be the following: Contribute to build ambitious commercial 4P plans for the key new launches to ensure excellence in execution Ensure a very good communication flow by organizing and attending connects with brand teams & with markets worldwide to deeply understand local needs and better tailor global plans Gather data, analyze and propose recommendation on innovation 4P’s, especially on Sizing (markets forecasts) and Pricing (recommending guidelines) Support our European gifting program Ensure retailer readiness is on track and monitor launch readiness trackers Contribute to build go-to-market tools and make sure they are delivered on time, in full Gather markets’ best practices and track performances
