This role provides support related to salary, variable pay programs, job evaluations for US and Canada Retail and Office positions. The incumbent will collaborate with the Total Rewards Global team in the US as well as the Americas’ Retail Operations in contributing to the planning, design, and administration of compensation programs, and incentive programs. Supporting the Total Rewards Specialist with aspects of the PVH Canada’s benefit and wellness initiatives including implementation of new programs, when required, such as : Support the administration of the Group Retirement plan Provide assistance regarding changes to the benefits plans Monitor and promote the employee recognition program Support the launch of Wellness initiatives Business Support Create analytics and reports as required; such as hires, transfers, turnover, performance appraisals, and absenteeism Support and work closely with the HR team and HRIS team in implementing and administering Total Reward changes required in Workday Partner with the Global Compensation team
