As a Floor Supervisor, you will lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates, ensuring a consistent Best in Class customer experience that aligns with our brand purpose and values. How You Will Make a Difference • Assist in maximizing sales and achieving store target goals by leading an environment of productivity through ensuring the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet store goals for sales and customer engagement.
