Responsibilities: • Responsible for TikTok live streaming and selling products in front of the camera • Get familiar with products (pricing, features) and demonstrate the key selling points on live • Connect with and build your audience over time to sell products • Create short video content as needed • Work with operations to review the performance and make needed improvements Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in fashion, sales, retails, e-commerce, hosting or other related fields • Be familiar with the use of TikTok content creation and live streaming experience, a plus • Excellent public speaking, communication and presentation skills • Must be able to talk during each live streams continuously for at least 2 hours • Passion for performing and being in front of a camera • Enjoy the spotlight and thrive on camera • Confident, enthusiastic, reliable and cheerful, good at expressing themselves in front of the camera, talented, active, and interactive • Have a strong understanding, communication, and coordination skills, work proactively, able to take the initiative to think, find and solve problems.
