Thrift Store Transportation & Furniture Team Lead

The Transportation & Furniture Team Lead works closely with the store leadership to set and achieve donation and sales goals. The Thrift Store Furniture Team Lead supervises all thrift store employees and volunteers on the truck and furniture teams. • Operate and complete job duties in the absence of the truck team or coordinate coverage and scheduling as needed. • Financial and Cash Handling Responsibilities • Serves as next-in-line to handle the following in the absence of the Lead Cashier and Assistant Manager: • Performing end-of-day and beginning-of-day cash register procedures. Essential Physical Tasks: • Using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls during various tasks such as pricing items, rearranging merchandise, or operating equipment.
