Thrift Store Intake Processor

This position ensures that donated goods are received, screened, sorted, and prepared quickly and effectively to maximize revenue that supports Freedom Ministry’s (ROFM) addiction recovery program. • Processing: Tag, bag, or bin items according to established store procedures, ensuring they are ready for the pricing department. • Team Collaboration: Serve as a positive role model and effectively direct the tasks of assigned volunteers and students participating in the ROFM work therapy program. Required Skills and Qualifications • Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced retail, warehouse, or receiving environment is preferred. • Role Modeling: Expected to exhibit professional and positive behavior at all times while interacting with men in the recovery program.
