We are currently hiring motivated individuals in our Clothing Sorter position. We want someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and upholding the standards of a high-end thrift store! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a great retail experience for our customers.
Work with others to sort, price, and rack incoming clothing donations.
Learn our clothing tagging system and floor layout.
Assist in our clothing recycling procedures and baling.
Comply with established standards and policies of The Ranch Community Store's management.

KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

The ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended hours with strenuous demands at times.
Has attention to detail.
Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the work environment, including willingness to move from one job role to another at the direction of management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum of six months retail experience in a service-oriented business (Preferred)
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
Basic math skills
