Responsibilities: Work closely with design teams in executing each brand aesthetic and print direction for the delivery/season Create new textile prints (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AVA/ MAC) (all overs/ single/ double borders) according to the number of screens used and fabric dimensions Revise existing artwork (i.e. change in scale, change from single to double border, screen reduction etc.) Download/ file/ clean up/ put in repeat & color separate new purchased artwork Precise color matching of seasonal color palettes/ Color ways of artwork in AVA Create new embroideries, embellishment layouts, graphics (screens and sublimations)/ sweater designs Placement and layout of send outs (i.e. embroideries, screens, etc.) Color separation of screen prints Prepare and send artwork files to local vendors and overseas mills and/or factories Print artwork for design and production (including full scale) / Print development and market tools as needed for design (i.e. body cads, mood boards, etc.) Stay in contact with supervisor on workload, downtime, and any issues that arise Send new artwork to legal consultant regarding possible copyright issues Send verbiage used in graphics to legal consultant regarding possible copyright issues Assign print numbers to artwork according to the category Maintain files on the server in appropriate manner/ upload to textile library Keep track of art supplies (paper, ink, etc.) and change the paper and ink in the Canon printer Perform additional duties and assignments as requested by supervisor Able to multi-task and work on several projects at one time Programs Used: AVA, Photoshop, Illustrator Compensation:The successful candidate will enjoy Competitive Compensation and Benefits, matching 401K, Flexible Spending Plan, Paid Time Off.
