Remote FT Hours Position Overview The UX/UI Designer will work collaboratively within a talented and motivated team to create engaging digital experiences that drive value for our customers. You will develop responsive design systems to improve consumer experience across a breadth of Digital touchpoints – both online and in-store. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Work collaboratively with Marketing, Retail Strategy, and internal/external development partners in leading UX & UI direction for Connected Retail initiatives – focusing on delivering seamless digital journeys for consumers both online and in-store * Develop design systems optimized to a variety of Digital touchpoints, including in-store screens and the brand's App – understanding key usability nuances and consumer needs to develop UX/UI patterns optimized to the form factor * Seek ways to enhance e-commerce experiences – focusing on connected omnichannel experiences that embrace new technologies and deliver more seamless journeys both pre and post purchase * Proactively use design, UX and prototyping to communicate new inspiring brand experiences * Understand insights from store associates and internal analytics teams, to deliver enhanced experiences and functionality that deliver on the consumer need * Work closely with, communicate and present creative with all key stakeholders and counterparts Experience, Skills, and Knowledge * Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred * 5+ years of digital experience, preferably including experience designing for in-store/POS usage * Advanced skills in Sketch * Strong experience with applicable prototyping software (e.g: Principle) * Experience in motion design & animation is a plus * Knowledge of CSS3, HTML and responsive design * Strong understanding of web standards and latest web technologies, image optimization and cross-browser compatibility
