Take ownership and commitment for delivering results; Meet or exceed personal productivity goals (selling or processing) Support an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, customers and supervisors Deliver renowned and authentic service that creates a Modern Luxury customer experience Promote and endorse a team selling environment by supporting product flow and the smooth running of the store Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to change to meet need of the business (i.e. flex between selling and non-selling) Replenish inventory on sales floor and process shipments/transfers as needed and within Coach standards and timeframes Complete daily operational tasks including maintenance of sales floor and backroom The accomplished individual will possess...
