Remote/in office 1 - 2 days per week upon reopening 1ST DAY: Onsite trainingRESPONSIBILITIES:- Track and manage all incoming samples across all divisions (Men’s, women’s, accessories, and shoes)- Log and tag samples to send to product photography studio- Work closely with site merchandising team and photo studio team to track outstanding product photography and order samples as needed- Manage relationship with photo studio team providing weekly updates on sample status- Coordinate with merchandising team to stay up to date on product knowledge- Work closely with ad sample coordinator to process incoming ad samples to various teams when needed- Assist marketing sample coordinator on various marketing deliverables when needed including hanging product, organizing racks, and tracking down samplesQUALIFICATIONS:- Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Strong attention to detail- Strong written and oral communication skills- Excellent decision-making skill- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast pace work environment- Ability to build and manage relationships cross functionally JBCStyle is the leading full-service search firm owning the niche industry of fashion recruitment.
