The Sales Associate serves as the vital front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:Act as a brand ambassador for Coach, following our Guide to Style and Service standards.Establish long-term client relationships by offering personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.Drive sales through effective cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.Utilize mobile POS and digital tools to capture consumer data and promote repeat purchases.Develop personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs).Create and maintain customer relationships, actively following up to close sales.Ensure a high energy level on the sales floor, managing multiple customers and adapting your sales approach as needed.Complete daily operational tasks, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining exceptional service standards.Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized, clean, and well-stocked, adhering to retail policies and protecting assets.Efficiently process transactions, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.Support inventory management by receiving shipments and managing product positioning.Assist team members in various functional areas as required.Foster a collaborative and trust-based environment that encourages team performance.Engage in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.Welcome constructive feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor at all times.Required Qualifications:1+ years of sales experience in retail (luxury retail preferred); familiarity with fashion trends and competitors.Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); able to navigate communication tools.Strong proficiency in English.Preferred experience in luxury retail, social media engagement, and clienteling with data management skills.Adept at working in a fast-paced retail environment.Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks related to the sales floor and stockroom.Schedule: Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods, including public holidays.
