Jockey is hiring a temporary Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for 10 weeks of leave coverage. Located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (near Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, IL), the temporary HR Business Partner will provide leadership and support in the areas of staffing, talent management, employee relations and policy administration with the goal of delivering outstanding service to employees in our Retail stores while advancing Jockey Retail's strategic mission. In this role, you will: \- Partner with field leadership in addressing employee relations issues at the Retail stores; provide HR policy guidance and interpretation; guide and advise leaders in corrective action, development plans, terminations, etc. \- Some travel may be required to visit Retail store locations and attend business unit meetings. \- Excellent relationship management skills at all levels within the organization and ability to build effective relationships.
