Temporary Clothing Room Assistant

General Summary

Schedule Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.

The temporary role is supporting the Clothing Room on a temp-to-hire basis, with special focus on Reception back up. The person reports to the Director of Operations and receives a daily task list from the Clothing Room Coordinator. The person regularly receives donations, sorts, and displays seasonally appropriate apparel and will assist in the coordination of appointments.

This position is designed as a temporary-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to transition into a permanent role supporting both the Clothing Room and reception functions based on performance and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Supports the coordinator in maintaining clothing inventory, displaying and stocking following seasonal scheduleSupport coordinator in receiving, organizing and distributing school suppliesAssembles emergency clothing packages, regularly communicating with reception as needed or required With friendly and professional attitude, greets donors and receives donationsProvides direction to volunteers, interns and vocational program participants on assigned shift

Salary: $17 - $18 per hour
