The person reports to the Director of Operations and receives a daily task list from the Clothing Room Coordinator. Therefore, it is essential that employees have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and submit to our Statement of Faith and core values. • Demonstrates experience and ability to interact sensitively and respectfully with others • Serve as a positive role model to volunteers and resident-clients • Able and willing to honor the leadership, chain of command, standards and ministry objectives of ODM • Requires working with a diverse population - continuously • Environment may be odorous due to lack of personal hygiene and intoxication of guests - frequently • Requires a sustained level of high energy, stamina, and the ability to move about all of the facilities on a regular and ongoing basis - frequently • May be exposed to unsanitary conditions • See, hear, smell and speak clearly • Standing: Occasionally • Climbing: Occasionally • Lifting: Occasionally, up to 50lbs
