Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Responsible for accurate and on-time creation, validation, and maintenance of ALL (stock/sample/transfer) purchase orders (POs) and release to offices/agent/vendors. Use all available resources and partner with cross functional teams. * POs must have current/future x factory date (including closing short shipment qty). * Responsible for on-time delivery and PO fulfillment against metric by proactively partnering with agents/offices/vendors. * Actively participate in team meetings within brands/categories to discuss challenges and/or ongoing projects and collaborate on solutions to improve efficiencies.
