Start: ASAP Duration: February 2022 (potential of extension) Location: Remote Maintain and evolve Homepage from initial build through creative reviews and daily updates Ensure all updates visually support the creative projection of each window Support CD in creative exploration of creative test ideas Attend & create deliverables for key process meetings and reviews Deliver a highly creative level of graphic design for all projects by established deadlines Partner closely with CD to support and roll-out seasonal directions and any ancillary seasonal packages Partner with key cross-functional partners to ensure creative direction is maintained Lead, coach and develop direct reports in design, communication and presentation skills through their mid & annual performance reviews & Individual Development Plans Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design required At least 2-3 years graphic design experience in a related field; 1 year experience in a retail and/or brand marketing environment required Very strong verbal and written communication and positive attitude are required. Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing.
