Temp to Hire – Licensing Design Associate

The Licensing Design Associate plays a key supporting role within the Design & Product Development team, bridging creative execution and operational workflow for our licensed product lines. This role ensures that print and color approvals, artwork placements, and production documentation are managed with accuracy, consistency, and attention to brand standards. Review and adjust artwork placements and croppings to ensure accuracy and consistency across product styles. Own the Bill of Materials (BOMs) for license product styles, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates throughout the development cycle. 3-5 years of experience in a design, product development, or apparel/textile coordination role preferred.
