TEMP PRODUCER

Start Date: February 2022 Duration: 5 months Location: Los Angeles, CA FT Hours Job Description: The Creative Producer will be responsible for managing in-house production, ensuring that there is a seamless process for producing elevated product images, as well as managing product knowledge for both style outs and shoots, and supporting Art Direction. Responsibilities: Own all production details for seasonal e-commerce shoots, editorial shoots, still life shoots, video shoots, campaigns and in-house production Suggest and book talent for all  projects; including but not limited to photographers, models, talent, locations, et al. Manage seasonal shoot calendar, noting deadlines and cross functional use of all assets Own budget for e-commerce and creative photo shoots Coordinate with outside freelancers on a project basis Liaise with studio on contract for all e-commerce shoots; oversee booking of crew and casting, organize shot lists, deadlines, budgets, communicate information based on seasonal needs Coordinate image delivery between external parties and creative team, work according to deadlines Manage PR/Marketing assistant, as relates to sample coordination for shoots Support Art Director in any other needs or requests Qualifications/Experience: Must have 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce, retail or wholesale production and styling, preferably gained in a contemporary, designer, or luxury fashion environment BA in Photography, Design, or related field Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML and interactive design preferred Must be able to take on large scale branding ideas and executions Exemplary interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written Highly motivated, collaborative, a conceptual thinker
