Start: ASAP End: 3 months Hours: full time Location: Hybrid (1 day in office and 4 days remote) City of Industry, CA WHAT YOU’LL DO:· Under direction of the Art Director , develops new, original graphics and design elements for future email and brand marketing campaigns.· Creates new web page and email designs from existing designs and/or templates.· Creates and designs in-store sign packaging, promotional marketing materials and signage as well as any other special signage used to highlight promotional activities.· Collaborates with ECommerce team in creating visual designs such as landing pages, emailprograms and affiliate marketing; maximizes themes and brands ensuring contractual agreements are met and executed properly.· Ensures all product deadlines, merchandise standards and brand standards are consistently met.· Manages print production process through preparing design for printing and proofing.· Partners with all related teams to ensure synergies across marketing campaigns both in storeand online.· Supports marketing and public relations events through producing designs for magazine and internet and for PR materials such as invitations, press kits, and inserts.· Communicate and interact well with peers, supervisors and client representatives (be a team player). WHAT YOU’LL NEED:· Proven design chops and experience in Adobe Creative Suite· At least 3 years of graphic design experience (in-house or agency) including photo editing and clipping· Ability to follow a style guide/concept and produce final art for both print and web· Familiar with Prepress techniques, packaging and file preparation.· AA in Graphic Arts or equivalent work experience.· Knowledge of pop culture· Proven organizational skills.· Highly developed interpersonal skills.· Focused attention to details.· Ability to work under pressure without compromising performance or accuracy in a deadline oriented environment.
