Start: ASAP End: Temp to hire Location: Hawthorne, CA 90250 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handles customer contacts in the CS communications platform as well as phone inquiries Provides best in class customer service, responding quickly and thoroughly Upholds Ecommerce returns and markdown policies while minimizing customer friction Interacts with customers with respect, kindness and professionalism Develops expertise in product, understanding fabric, fit and delivery cycle Provides upselling suggestions to customers Communicates quality issues/concerns to Ecomm team Supports operations efforts by processing returns in a timely manner Monitors website for product accuracy Other related duties as required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2 Years related experience PC proficiency with ability to simultaneously access and navigate through several software platforms Must have ecomm customer service experience Have a positive outlook and friendly JBCStyle is the leading full-service search firm owning the niche industry of fashion recruitment.
