Has a deep understanding of the brand vision and category drivers Works with the international team & cross-functional partners to create site "floor plan" distortions and ensure site is on-brand, has a holistic and relevant point of view, and that all relevant site capabilities are fully utilized. Utilizes content management systems to localize the Int’l vs.com experience & enforces digital production standards across site Supports Personalization and A/B testing efforts for their categories Accountable for navigation of site content and results (sales $s, CTRs, abandonment, etc.) Digital merchandising experience with a multi-category e-commerce website. Intimate understanding of competition, target customer and brand-relevant fashion trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience using a content management system, and experience with site analytics tools (Adobe preferred) Minimum 5 yrs experience in digital merchandising
