Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application. \- Collaborate with the Creative Director and other members of the Internal Creative Team in the conception of creative marketing tools \- Work across marketing channels to execute ideas that deliver on creative directions developed by ICA \- Monitor trends in social media tools, apps, channels, design and strategy \- Stay aware of, and be able to provide examples of, relevant trends on social media and in the digital marketplace \- Execute multiple day-to-day projects while ensuring that deliverables are met and adjustments are made as needed \- Daily tasks include ideation, concepting, design, along with building digital ads, social posts, animated banners, responsive ads, or video \- Work with internal producers to plan and execute photoshoots and other types of productions \- 2-5 years of relevant experience required \- Needs a deep understanding of how humans interact with digital tools \- Must be collaborative \- Proficient in Adobe CC products: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator animation (knowledge of After Effects, Dimension, Premiere, and InDesign a plus) \- Photography and video capabilities \- Experience shooting or directing shoots under aggressive, time-sensitive conditions \- Strong written and verbal communication skills \- Ability to function autonomously and in a cooperative, diverse group \- Strong information seeking skills and a penchant for resourcefulness \- Tremendous attention to detail, and extraordinary time-management skills \- Travel, including international travel may be required MARKETINGTEMP, CONTENT CREATOR, ICA, GLOBAL MARKETINGBoston, Massachusetts, United States of America SPEED & SPIRIT is what we look for in our candidates, defined by some simple values that inspire us to BE DRIVEN in our performance, BE VIBRANT in our sporting legacy, BE TOGETHER in our team spirit, and BE YOU to let our individual talent and experience shine.
