TEMP ASSISTANT PRODUCER - Fashion Brand

Company Description: Fashion BrandLocation: Long Island City, NY Duration: Ongoing 2-3 days per week Main roles & responsibilities: •Keep track of production schedule (due dates, deliverables, assets needed, info/communications with outside teams) •Weekly email updates on project list •Assist with job planning, and keep studio calendar up to date with shoot dates and project due dates •Keep project folders and assets organized • Upload assets to team folders as they come in from disparate sources for easy access by team • Set up meetings, attend meetings and take notes • Assist as production support on shoots when needed • Budget tracking for jobs •*Organized and *Proactive and *Collaborative • Has past experience in a producer role, at an agency or brand with high volume •Design background or interest strongly preferred •Bonus: familiarity with Adobe creative suite (Id, Ai, Ps, Pr) JBCStyle is the leading full-service search firm owning the niche industry of fashion recruitment.
