This person will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining supplies for the DC. This role will also handle all office related responsibilities, including answering phones and monitoring the front door. Responsibilities also include coding and logging invoices, daily check-out of RF scanners, and employee events. Responsible for accurate and timely completion and submission of employee forms such as time-off requests, absentee forms, employee badges and incident reports. Required Skills: 1-3 years office clerk/admin experience 1 year of Microsoft Office (excel, word) experience High school diploma Strong communication skills Advanced organization and tasks management skills Bilingual (English/Spanish)
