Technical Fashion Designer — Performance Athleisure / Equestrian DRESSÁGE is a modern equestrian-inspired luxury athleisure house grounded in discipline, refinement, and intentional movement. Our inaugural collection centers on elevated performance breeches that reflect the silhouette, craftsmanship, and understated sophistication of classic equestrian heritage and old-world elegance. Our design language blends athletic functionality, minimalist quiet luxury, and the timeless grace of traditional riding culture. Qualifications • College degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of technical design experience in activewear, performance apparel, or equestrian wear • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; experience with 3D software (CLO) is a plus • Knowledge of patternmaking, grading, garment construction, and stretch/compression fabrics • Familiarity with overseas production and communicating with manufacturers • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify fit and construction issues quickly • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with quiet luxury and old-money minimalism • Passion or interest in the equestrian world is a strong plus
