Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Develop technical packages for development samples in all categories including Sweaters, Wovens and Knits • Create detailed construction call outs in Adobe Illustrator • Submit technical package for costing • Work with Design Director to establish core fits / blocks • Evaluate fit samples for specs, quality and workmanship and communicate any discrepancies on hang tag • Work with Senior Designer to ensure sample requests arrive on time with excellent fit, construction and hanger appeal. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in women’s woven and knit technical design • At least 2 years of experience working with Sweaters • Knowledge in assembling a detailed technical package to communicate proper instructions to agents/factories for style development • Assigning easily understood points of measure • Ability to determine appropriate grade rules to all points of measure • Highly organized and experienced in all phases of technical design • Ability to partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with a high sense of urgency • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Excel • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive team player Application: Please apply with resume We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
