Position Overview:The Technical Designer (with Fit Duties) will bridge the gap between creative design and production, ensuring our apparel meets the highest standards of quality, fit, and functionality. This is a full-time, in-house position, and applicants must be available to work on-site at our design office. The role requires a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to bring innovative designs to life.Key Responsibilities:1. Fit Management & Quality AssuranceLead fittings for all product types, providing detailed fit comments and recommendations for pattern adjustments.Collaborate with the Creative Director to maintain consistent fit and sizing across all collections, balancing athletic performance (Golf) with lifestyle comfort.Ensure garments meet the brand's standards for fit, movement, and functionality across a full size range.3.
